Devonshire Square Consultation – Have your say!

Nuveen Real Estate are bringing forward proposals for the refurbishment and extension of Building 7 in the heart of Devonshire Square, and the upgrading of public realm around the Devonshire Square campus.

The proposals seek to introduce a new mix of modernised workspaces; improved, landscaped outdoor public spaces; and upgraded landscaped courtyards, balconies and roof gardens; with a focus on sustainability.
