In this Valentine’s Day Special, you’ll be learning techniques used in making bridal bouquets, but on a smaller scale to make the perfect desktop floral arrangement. You’ll be using seasonal foliage and flowers, with a preference for British-grown flowers, to create a beautiful floral arrangement that looks great in a jar or small vase.
