On #worldmentalhealthday, we take a breather from On #worldmentalhealthday, we take a breather from the hustle and bustle of city life and put wellbeing at the top of our to-do lists. A perfect opportunity to share some of our favourite stress relievers:

- Step outside for a rest. Just five minutes of fresh air can boost your mood by raising your endorphins, regulating your breathing, and lowering stress by reducing excess energy and adrenaline.

- Prioritise rest. Protect your downtime by taking a step back and giving space for yourself.

- Stay connected. Don't forget about the important people in your life; just having a chat with a loved one can ease stress and help you to feel supported.

- Breathe with intention. Try the 4-4-4 method by breathing in for four, holding for four and breathing out for four seconds. Repeat to slow your heart rate and regulate your nervous system.

- Stay positive. Studies have shown that finding things to be grateful for and intentionally identifying the good helps to reduce negative bias.

Whatever you're doing today, take a moment to check in, speak up and support each other.
