Clean City Awards Scheme 2022

The annual Clean City Awards Scheme is taking applications for it’s 28^th year. The scheme celebrates and showcases the achievements of businesses located within the Square Mile over the course of the last year.

There are four main focuses:

• Air quality & climate action
• Communication & engagement around sustainability
• Resource efficiency and circular economy practices
• Transition towards a Plastic Free City

The Chairman’s Cup, which this year focuses on Net Zero, completes the application categories.

The Clean City Awards Scheme not only celebrates though. Throughout the year there are best practice meetings, access to the exclusive resource page of the website, monthly newsletters, and the Clean City Awards Scheme team are always on hand to assist with any sustainability focused query companies may have.

All of this aims to assist businesses within the Square Mile to exceed in areas of sustainability, whether they are entering as a small or large business, or facilities management.

Businesses have until Friday 21 October to get their applications in for the 2022 awards. Please note: businesses must first have registered as members prior to applying to the awards. Businesses can do so online by clicking here.
