Development Manager – Major Donors

We are seeking a creative, ambitious fundraiser who is passionate about our mission to grow and cultivate our portfolio of major donors and help us deliver an exciting capital project to create a permanent Migration Museum for the UK. Working alongside our Director of Development, CEO and other members of the team and building on the excellent relationships we already hold, you will develop and implement a strategy for significantly growing the Migration Museum’s income to deliver the capital project whilst also driving revenue to sustain the Migration Museum’s ongoing work.
Salary: £35,000-40,000pa depending on experience

Development Manager – Trusts and Foundations
Migration Museum
We are seeking a Development Manager to grow our portfolio of Trusts and Foundations and help us deliver an exciting capital project to create a permanent Migration Museum for the UK. Working closely with our Director of Development, CEO and other members of the team, you will lead on imaginatively growing our portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, statutory and public funders and securing and stewarding five-figure gifts and above. Building on the excellent relationships we already hold, you will diversify and grow our income to deliver the capital project whilst also driving revenue to sustain our current museum in Lewisham.
Salary: £35,000-40,000pa depending on experience

Development Support Manager
Migration Museum
We are seeking a highly organised, flexible team player with great attention to detail to play a vital role in our exciting, ambitious fundraising project to deliver a permanent Migration Museum for the UK. Working closely with our Senior Leadership and Development Teams, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining systems that are integral to growing our income streams and securing our long-term future. You will take ownership of and be responsible for managing our databases of contacts, ensuring that these are optimised for both fundraising and communications with donors and our community more broadly.
Salary: £30,000-35,000pa depending on experience
