Mayor of London’s Inclusive Talent Brokerage Events

Published:

Join us for exciting events as part of the Mayor of London’s Inclusive Talent Brokerage (ITB), delivered in partnership by Greater London Authority (GLA) and GoodPeople.

The ITB is a programme connecting employers with diverse, job-ready London talent through trusted community-based organisations such as 20/20 Levels, Streets of Growth and Smart Works.

As part of the ITB, GoodPeople are hosting two events in partnership with the GLA near Aldgate:

Designing Inclusive Hiring: ITB Workshop Morning
Date:
11th March, 9:00–11:30am
Location:
Waterman’s Hall
A practical, CBO-led workshop offering hands-on insight into inclusive recruitment – including writing inclusive job descriptions, running fair and accessible interviews, and supporting and retaining talent. Best practice will be shared by organisations supporting underrepresented groups. Employers will also have the chance to learn from each other, connect with CBOs, and explore collaboration at any stage of their inclusive hiring journey.

Future Pathways: Careers in Growing Industries Job Fair
Date: 22nd April, 9:00am–1:00pm
Location: Trinity House
This targeted careers fair connects employers with job-ready, diverse talent from across London, particularly from underrepresented communities. Exhibiting employers can meet candidates for current and upcoming roles, take part in workshops and deliver social value, and support London’s Inclusive Talent Strategy.
