Tower Hamlets – Mayor’s Small Grants Programme

Applications for the Mayor’s Small Grants Programme are now open, which will provide £800,000 in annual funding to support small voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations in Tower Hamlets. This programme ensures that grassroots groups can access financial support to improve the lives of residents.

Grants are available across five key themes:

• Youth Empowerment Fund (YEF)
• Positive Activities for Young People (PAYP)
• Community Events
• Capacity Building
• Community Chest

To support you and your organisation through the application process, the council will also be hosting information events covering:

• Eligibility criteria
• Funding priorities
• Application process and scoring
• Using the grants portal
