This winter, Aldgate Connect BID is delighted to join Canopy London City to invite you to discover Canopy Winter Market – a new neighbourhood-inspired festive destination in the heart of the City.

Running from Tuesday 17th November 2026 to Wednesday 6th January 2027 and trading from 12.00pm to 8.00pm, the market will transform the public square outside the hotel into a welcoming place to gather throughout the festive season.

A collection of beautifully decorated wooden chalets showcasing independent traders where visitors can browse handcrafted artisan gifts, enjoy festive food and mulled drinks, while a spectacular 10-metre illuminated Christmas tree will provide a striking centrepiece for the neighbourhood.

Forming part of Aldgate Connect BID’s wider festive programme, Canopy Winter Market reflects a shared ambition to celebrate Aldgate, support independent businesses and encourage more people to discover everything the area has to offer.

Inspired by Canopy’s neighbourhood philosophy, the market has been thoughtfully curated to provide a more intimate alternative to London’s more expansive Christmas attractions, where you can meet friends after work or entertain clients in a relaxed seasonal setting.

Welcoming workers, residents, hotel guests and visitors alike, Canopy Winter Market will bring the community together and help make the City of London a destination for festive experiences throughout the winter.
