By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Aldgate Connect BID (The Aldgate Business Partnership Limited). 

1. The Competition

1.1 All entries must be received by 11:59PM on Thursday 19th December to be in with a chance of winning. Five (5) winners will be selected at random by The Promoter and the winners will be notified the following day. 

1.2 Entrants can enter multiple times via the stated method. 

1.3 The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.  

2. The Prizes

2.1 No purchase necessary: winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.  

2.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any damaged, lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes. However, The Promoter will do all it can to mitigate such issues or concerns. 

2.3 Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. 

3. Data Collection 

3.1 The name, email address, and if relevant company of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​ No personal information will be shared online by The Promoter. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information on how we handle and store data. 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
