Crack the Egg: The Aldgate Team Challenge

Step away from the desk and take on Aldgate’s ultimate team challenge.

Crack the Egg is a high-energy scavenger hunt where teams race around Aldgate solving clues and uncovering hidden eggs.

Delivered as part of this year’s Aldgate Egg Hunt, join us on either Wednesday 25th March or Wednesday 1st April for this team challenge. Taking place over lunch, it’s bound to get you in the Aldgate spirit.

So grab your colleagues and join us as teams race between locations solving clues and hunting down window art all around Aldgate. Collect points, beat the clock and compete for the top spot and a cracking prize.

The more quiz questions you complete, the more points you’ll earn, but efficiency matters too. The teams that finish the fastest and score the highest will climb the leaderboard and become the Aldgate Egg Champions 2026. So come crack the competition and take home a fantastic prize of £150 City Gift Card (plus some serious office bragging rights).

Whether you’re in it to win it or just looking for a fun way to get out of the office, this is the perfect lunchtime adventure for Aldgate workers.

How it works:

• Form a team of 3-6 with your colleagues/friends, or sign up by yourself and join an existing team

• Follow the Egg Hunt clues across Aldgate

• Answer quiz questions and find eggs hidden in the windows

• Race to the finish and see where you rank

• Let us know the size of your team, or if you’ll be flying solo

Running from 20th March to 6th April, the 2026 edition of the Aldgate Egg Hunt returns for a longer period, and alongside the brand‑new ‘Crack the Egg’ Team Challenge, will be bringing back Ally the Aldgate Bunny activation days and, as always, includes plenty of hidden clues leading you to your free chocolate treat.*
