Aldgate Connect BID is bringing you another FREE 2-day Mental Health First Aid Course.

Led by Mental Health First Aid England, the course is internationally recognised and will qualify delegates as a certified Mental Health First Aider.
The training comprises a 4-part modular course, giving delegates the skills to spot the signs of low mental health and support individuals in the workplace. Topics include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicide, substance misuse, psychosis, self-harm, and eating disorders. Please be mindful of your personal trigger points when signing up to the course – always put your own mental wellbeing first.

Please note that attendance on both Friday 23rd and Friday 30th January 9:00am-5:00pm is required to become a certified Mental Health First Aider.
This course is delivered in English, so a good understanding of the English language is required.

They are responsible for training over one million people in mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills, including nearly 800,000 MHFAiders® in England.
