Aldgate Connect BID has now partnered with the homelessness charity Providence Row. The BID is helping fund a vital part of their deliver, a Welcome Area & Resource Centre.

The BID is proud to support many community festivals and parades, namely we sponsor the Aldgate in Winter community festival each year!

BID’s allow a critical mass collaboration and a BID team that can respond reactively and profile on behalf of the best interests of the area and businesses.

The BID Ambassadors service is a great addition to the area, by providing an on-ground welcoming presence, five days a week.

The ambassadors take on various roles within Aldgate, including; welcoming everyone into the area & providing information, reporting on environmental issues to the local authorities, and visiting local businesses and residents to provide them with the latest information as to what’s going on in the area, as well as the current offers in the neighbourhood.
