International Women’s Day ‘Ridiculous Run’ in Brick Lane- Adidas Runners LDN & London Met Police

In 2022, Adidas Runners successfully launched the With Women We Run initiative to demonstrate their commitment to collectively end harassment and any form of gender-based violence, making running spaces safer for all.

Adidas Runners have partnered with London Metropolitan Police’s local neighbourhood police officers, to launch this initiative in Brick Lane.

This International Women’s Day, Adidas are celebrating with a campaign called ‘The Ridiculous Run’, looking at the extreme women may have to go to to feel safe running.

Join Adidas Runners LDN in Brick Lane for an evening to collectively address women’s harassment and safety in running through the power of allyship. The provisional start time of the run is 6:00pm on Wednesday 8th March 2023.

Following the run, return to the studio for refreshments, photobooth and bespoke goodies, as well as a series of workshops, including a panel discussion led by Esmee Gummer will discuss the ridculous realities that women face in running and how we can move forward to a better more equal sporting society.
