We are seeking an exceptional and committed Business Improvement District (BID) Director to lead and grow two established BIDs in the Central London.

Our Business Improvement District (BID) areas blend the best of modern, high-rise developments with the historic architecture London is famous for. The quality of the surrounding infrastructure ties all our landmarks together and makes sure that when people visit, they keep coming back.
Our mission is to enhance the area as a place to work, visit, and live. We deliver diverse and creative programmes that protect the environment, celebrate our unique heritage, and build strong community connections. Our work is guided by a 5-year Business Plan and focuses on placemaking, sustainability, and operational excellence.
As BID Director, you will set strategic direction, drive impactful projects, and lead a talented team in delivering transformative programmes that enhance Aldgate and Cheapside. Acting as the principal representative of the BIDs, you will influence policy, champion business interests, and forge strategic partnerships with businesses, local authorities, and key stakeholders in the community to create exceptional places to work, visit, and invest.
