We are seeking proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant and BID Coordinator/Project Assistant to join our friendly team covering two Business Improvement Districts (BIDs): Aldgate Connect BID and Cheapside Business Alliance.
BID Coordinator/ Project Assistant
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented BID Coordinator/Project Assistant to support the Head of Operations at Aldgate Connect BID, in delivering impactful projects that benefit local businesses and the wider community of Aldgate. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of positive change, helping shape public spaces, events, and engagement across this dynamic edge of the City of London and Tower Hamlets.
Key responsibilities include: supporting planning & implementation of BID projects & events, managing timelines, budgets, documentation and KPI tracking, liaising with business members and council teams, representing BID at local stakeholder events. Please see more details below.

Executive Assistant
This is a dynamic opportunity to become the trusted right-hand to the BID Director of Aldgate Connect BID and Cheapside Business Alliance. As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting high-level operations, board governance, and strategic initiatives across two vibrant BIDs in the heart of the city.
Key responsibilities include: managing the BID Director’s diary, coordinating & minuting key meetings, supporting governance processes and BID member communications, representing the organisation as an ambassador both internally and externally. Please see more details below.
