Take Part in Make Music Day 2022

Make Music Day is the UK’s largest single-day music event and, since it began as Fête de la Musique in France in 1982, has become the world’s largest celebration of music taking place in 125 countries each year on 21st June. It’s an inclusive DIY festival encouraging musicians, producers, promoters and music lovers to collaborate, and to organise in-person and online music performances in their communities. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect to your community through music showcasing talent to new audiences on a global platform.

Aldgate Connect BID are planning on putting Aldgate on the Make Music Day map as a musical hub! We are in the process of organising some musical activity for this, and we would love for the local community to take part!
