Aldgate Connect BID is bringing you a 2-day Mental Health First Aid Course
Led by Mental Health First Aid England, the course is internationally recognised and will qualify delegates as a certified Mental Health First Aider.
When: Thursday 9th October and Friday 10th October 2025, 9am-5pm (both days) with a break for lunch included.

What:
The training comprises a 4-part modular course, giving delegates the skills to spot the signs of low mental health and support individuals in the workplace. Topics include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicide, substance misuse, psychosis, self-harm, and eating disorders.

Please note that attendance on both Thursday 9th & Friday 10th October 9:00am-5:00pm is required to become a certified Mental Health First Aider.
This course will be held in English – a good level of English language comprehension will be required to successfully complete the course.

The course will be delivered by Mental Health First Aid England, an organisation with almost two decades of experience working with over 20,000 organisations. They are responsible for training over one million people in mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills, including nearly 800,000 MHFAiders® in England.
