Save the Date – Aldgate Connect Community Fund

Next week, Aldgate Connect BID will be launching a £9,000 community fund to support community organisations in Aldgate!

Community organisations will be able to apply for up to £3,000 for projects that align with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals around:

• Climate: Aim to address climate change and how our urban environment needs to adapt and support a greener and more sustainable world.
• Employment: Support people to enter good work and education in order to become a cohesive and prosperous neighbourhood.
• Upskilling: Develop skills through upskilling, skills sharing and training local people into employment.

All non-profit organisations will be eligible to apply for a grant, including: Charities, Informal Community Groups, Residents Associations, Religious Groups, Schools, Community Interest Companies and more.

Start thinking about those projects and register your organisation or group on the Action Funder platform, in preparation for the Aldgate Connect fund launch next Tuesday 25th October.
