Food for Aldgate’s ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ 2025

As the festive season approaches our local foodbank, Food for Aldgate, are looking to help those facing the cost of living pressures and food poverty with a ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’. As part of the activity, we are encouraging everyone to donate a different item every day in the lead up to Christmas, and help those most in need in our community.

Food for Aldgate have prepared a handy guide to items they need most at the moment. You can find the full list of suggested donations here. Please note that these are only suggestions and all donations are welcome every week!

You can drop off donations for Food for Aldgate every Friday from 1st – 24th December, between 10:30am – 3:30pm. Please bring items to 3 Resolution Plaza, London E1 6PS. If you’re unable to deliver your donation, Aldgate Connect BID can assist you with this, please email info@aldgateconnect.london for support.
