As we step into 2026, we’ll explore reflection, relaxation, and opportunities to develop and refresh your skills.
Launching on Blue Monday, and running from 19th January to 6th February, Refresh sets the tone for a calm and positive year ahead.
The programme begins with our Blue Monday Wellbeing Lunch exploring ‘The Six Pillars of Resilience’, and continues with a wide range of activities including Aromatherapy Workshops, a session on Supporting Parents in the Workplace, Winter Wellbeing Walks, and more.
We’re also offering a series of webinars available through our free Aldgate Training Hub, with sessions such as Overcoming Stress, Seated Yoga, and an Introduction to Mindfulness.
